1. Acceptance

By accessing statelessagent.com (the "Site") or using the SAME software (the "Product"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Product.

2. The Product

SAME (Stateless Agent Memory Engine) is source-available software licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL 1.1). The full license text is available at github.com/sgx-labs/statelessagent/blob/main/LICENSE.

The BSL 1.1 allows free use for personal, educational, hobby, research, evaluation, and commercial use by individuals and small teams. The license converts to Apache 2.0 on February 2, 2030.

3. Seed Vaults

Seed vaults available through the seed-vaults repository are provided as-is under their respective licenses. Community-contributed seeds are reviewed but not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

4. No warranty

THE PRODUCT AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THIRTY3 LABS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Product or Site;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any third-party conduct on the Site;
• Any other matter relating to the Product or Site.

6. Your data

SAME operates locally on your machine. We do not have access to your notes, decisions, embeddings, or any data processed by the Product. You are solely responsible for your data and backups.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or Product to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe on intellectual property rights;
• Distribute malware or harmful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or Product after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
