Who we are

This policy covers statelessagent.com (the "Site"), operated by Thirty3 Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). It also describes the privacy characteristics of the SAME binary (the "Product").

The SAME binary

SAME runs entirely on your machine. It makes zero outbound network calls by default. Your notes, decisions, embeddings, and session data never leave your device. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no phone-home behavior in the binary.

If you configure an external embedding provider (OpenAI, OpenRouter, etc.), embedding vectors are sent to that provider according to their privacy policy. Your raw note content is not sent — only computed embeddings.

Website analytics

We use two analytics systems on the Site:

• Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-focused, cookieless analytics provided by Vercel. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. Data includes page views and referrers in aggregate. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy.
• Custom session tracking (/api/track) — a lightweight serverless endpoint that records anonymous session summaries: scroll depth, click targets (e.g., "github", "discord"), dwell time, referrer, and user agent string. No cookies are set. No IP addresses are stored. No PII is collected.

Cookies

The Site does not set any cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. Our custom tracking uses navigator.sendBeacon with no persistent identifiers.

Personal information

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information through the Site. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no login systems.

Third-party services

• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides analytics. Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google Privacy Policy.
• GitHub — source code hosting and install script delivery. GitHub Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Anonymous session data collected by /api/track is stored in Vercel's infrastructure and retained for up to 90 days. Vercel Web Analytics data is retained according to Vercel's policies.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
